Free Initial Consultation – Let’s Find the Right Support for You!

Every coaching journey starts with a free 45-minute consultation, available virtually or in-person. This session is designed to help you explore how personalized academic coaching can provide the structure, support, and accountability needed for success.

Personalized Guidance – We’ll discuss academic challenges, strengths, and goals to create a coaching plan tailored to your needs.
Coaching Overview – I’ll walk you through my approach, including strategies for improving focus, organization, and productivity.
Built-in Accountability – Learn how structured check-ins, habit tracking, and progress monitoring will help students stay on track and committed to their goals.
Flexible Coaching Options – By exploring what is encompassed in individual sessions, short-term coaching (less than two months), or long-term structured support (three months or more), we’ll find the right level of guidance to fit your needs and goals.

Program outlines

1 Session – Foundational Coaching & Goal Setting

First 2-Hour Session
In our first session, we’ll focus on identifying challenges, setting goals, and creating a personalized action plan to improve academic success.

Assess Strengths & Challenges – Using conversation and assessment tools, we’ll uncover the student’s unique strengths and areas for improvement.
Set Clear, Measurable Goals – Together, we’ll establish specific academic and personal goals.
Develop a Customized Action Plan – We’ll create a step-by-step strategy with practical techniques for overcoming challenges.

This single session is ideal for students who need a structured plan and guidance but prefer to implement strategies independently or who have solid accountability structures at home.

Short-Term Support (Less Than 2 -3 Months of coaching)

For students who benefit from follow-up and refinement, short-term support provides ongoing guidance and accountability. With 2-3 months of meetings (preferably weekly, or bi-weekly), we’ll be able to:

Evaluate & Adjust the Action Plan – After implementing strategies from session one, we assess what worked and refine as needed.
Create Effective Reward Systems – Reinforce positive behaviors and long-term habits through personalized motivation strategies.
Establish Accountability Structures – Learn how to stay on track through internal motivation and external accountability methods (including optional digital check-ins).

Short-term coaching is great for students who need structured support and accountability as they develop lasting study habits.

Long-Term Support (Over 3 Months of Coaching)

For students who need continued accountability, deeper skill-building, and hands-on practice, long-term coaching provides sustained support. With 3+ months of meetings, (preferably weekly, or bi-weekly), we’ll be able to:

Continue to Refine Strategies – Over 2-3 months, we continue to analyze progress, refine strategies, and introduce new tools.
Complete Hands-On Learning & Practice During Sessions – Includes interactive activities to help students apply academic improvement strategies (e.g., teaching course material to reinforce learning).
Incorporate Regular Accountability Outside of Sessions – Includes optional email check-ins and habit-tracking support through an easy-to-use app.

Long-term coaching is ideal for students who thrive with structured guidance and ongoing reinforcement.
