Coaching sessions can include identifying challenges, goals setting, strategy implementation, strategy review and refinement, body doubling, and so much more!

Once you purchase a package, you are welcome to schedule as frequent as you like. Weekly or Bi-Weekly is the most popular, but some students prefer 2-3 Meetings per week!
